After cancelling, you will receive a confirmation email to the address used when setting up your account. You can update your account info using our contact form. Follow up with customer service representatives If you do not get an email confirmation to your inbox.

After cancelling your membership, there should be no additional charges. If there was an error, contact one of our representatives so we can correct it in a timely manner.
